Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on www.okplay. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. www.okplay reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein without prior notice.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your www.okplay login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your www.okplay account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat. www.okplay will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
www.okplay recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. Do not access your www.okplay account on shared or public devices without logging out after each session.
www.okplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to and from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your www.okplay account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. www.okplay does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification must do so before their first withdrawal is processed. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per payment method and per account tier. These limits are displayed within your www.okplay account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. www.okplay reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large transactions.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, or to verified bank accounts in the Player's name. www.okplay does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any Real Money Balance that has been subject to a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by www.okplay are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Bonus funds credited to your www.okplay account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered ₱30,000 in total before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
www.okplay actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will be suspended, and all bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
www.okplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform. Continued participation in a promotion after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All slot and table game outcomes on www.okplay are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are regularly audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers in licensed studios. www.okplay does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects a game round, www.okplay reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out. The decision of www.okplay in such matters is final.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, www.okplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or unauthorized account access.
www.okplay's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
www.okplay collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on www.okplay, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal requirements.
You may request closure of your www.okplay account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
www.okplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; the Player has provided false registration information; the Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; or continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to the platform.
www.okplay reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the platform or by email to the address on file. Continued use of www.okplay following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law and the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any dispute arising from your use of www.okplay that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory body.
To initiate a complaint, contact the www.okplay support team via live chat. We aim to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and www.okplay with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
